No permanent access required. CenterForge uses AWS STS (Security Token Service) to assume a read-only role in your account. You create an IAM role with connect:Describe* and permissions only — we cannot modify anything in your Connect instance. Credentials are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before storage and never leave our infrastructure in plaintext.
Yes — the interactive demo is fully functional and requires no credit card. It uses a live sample AWS Connect instance so you can explore all features including flow mapping, queue analytics, and agent performance views.
Currently: us-east-1 (N. Virginia). Additional regions — including us-west-2, eu-west-2, ap-southeast-1 and others — are in active development. When you connect your instance, the region is detected automatically.
After subscribing, you'll create a read-only IAM role in your AWS account and paste the Role ARN into CenterForge. We use AWS STS to assume that role via temporary credentials — no long-lived access keys stored. The connection is established over HTTPS and uses AWS's own API endpoints for Connect and Contact Lens data.
Yes, absolutely. Cancel from your account settings at any time — no contracts, no notice periods, no questions asked. Your billing stops at the end of the current period and all stored credentials are purged from our systems within 24 hours of cancellation.
